Resellers Welcome!

In order for you to become an authorized reseller of Compusave, Inc. we need to get some information first. Please PRINT AND FAX the following documents (right-click and "save target as" to download file, left-click to open directly).OUR FAX NUMBER IS: (425) 712-8315

	Application Documents -- print and fax to us:
	Compusave Account Application -- print and fax to us Provide your Company and Officer information as well as Bank and Trade References to apply for a Reseller Account with Compusave.
	WA Resale Certificate (WA Residents Only)-- print and fax to us Washington State Department of Revenue Official Reseller Certificate Document. Compusave must maintain a copy. WA RESIDENTS ONLY!
	Bank Information -- print and fax to us Please provide your authorization for us to review your credit information (i.e. # of NSF checks, past average/current balances). This is very important part of the application process if you are planning on using COD as your preferred payment method..
	Other Documents -- not neccessary for application process
	Reseller RMA Form -- print and fax to us Return Material Authorization Form designed especially for resellers.
